HANNIGAN CLARA ADAMS HANNIGAN On Friday, February 8, 2008, Clara Adams Hannigan, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Judson Hannigan; mother of Noreen Hannigan; grandmother of Daniel Nanovic; mother-in-law of Roy Nanovic; sister of Harriette Adams Richardson. Private interment at Arlington National Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Humane Society of the United States, 2100 L Street NW, Washington, DC 20037 or Montgomery Hospice Society, 1355 Piccard Drive, Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850. Arrangements by COLLINS FUNERAL HOME.

Noreen, Roy and Daniel,
We prayed daily for Clara and for you all through her illness, and we continue to pray for your comfort at this time. She had a wonderful vitality, which must certainly be unbounded in life after death. She can intercede for us as we pray for her swift entry in to heaven.

Clara was the most gentle, gracious person I have ever known. She had such a quiet dignity about her that you couldn't help admiring her, especially when in her presence. She embraced me whole-heartedly and brought out the best in me -- I became a better person when with her and with her support.
Thank you, Clara, it was such a privilege to know you and receive your love. I'm so happy that you are now re-united with my grandfather. You both are always in my prayers. Love, Kate
