In 2004 I met Connie at a retreat in Maine where she was one of four wonderful and beautiful people navigating about a dozen woman who had gone thru breast cancer or were going thru treatment. That was me, I was in the midst of treatment. She guided me thru photograph and wisdom to help me capture on film the beauty I felt when I’m in nature. I’m on my second journey now and came across the book In Shadow and Light that Connie gave to me back then. My cousin is on this unwanted journey now and I’m sending her a copy of the book. My heart goes out to you for your loss. I will remember her joy always. Carol Flores

Connie photographed all 3 of our children's bnai mitzvahs. It was a pleasure to work with her and get to know her. She was a beacon of love and light and the world is abetter place that she was in it.
