CONSTANCE Irene MITCHELL

Of Takoma Park, MD on Friday, November 11, 2022. She is survived by her youngest sister, Irene Mitchell, and a host of dear friends. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Dupont Park Seventh-day Adventist Church, 3985 Massachusetts AVE, SE, Washington, DC 20019. Visitation 10 a.m. until service 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
