On Wednesday, February 9, 2005. The beloved son of Carroll E. and Brenda A. Garland; brother of Carl E. and Christopher C. Garland, April Blouin and Linda Nichols; uncle of Chloe and Cassandra Garland, Christopher Blouin, Jennifer Combs and Amy Wright; former husband of Caroline Wall. Friends may call at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD on Monday, February 14 from 12 Noon until service time at 1 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
