DARLENE SHEILDS Obituary
Darlene Ruth Shields
Passed away on October 25, 2021 in Arlington, VA. Darlene was an active member of The National Press Club and PEO women's group. Darlene was the chairperson of The National Press Club Photo Committee. Darlene is survived by her husband, John (Jack) Williams of almost 35 happy years. Throughout their marriage they shared many interests such as world travel, photography, and fine dining. Darlene leaves her cherished sisters Donna Louise Shields and Diane Lynn Shields, and numerous friends. A visitation will be held at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22203 on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a funeral service on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Murphy's Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Interment will be held at Columbia Gardens Cemetery in Arlington, VA. www.murphyfuneralhomes.com
