Darrell McIndoe Obituary
Dr. Darrell Windfred McIndoe, 93, of Fulton, Maryland passed away on July 5, 2024.
He was born in 1930 to Clarence Wilbert McIndoe and Dorothy Morrow McIndoe in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania.
Dr. McIndoe graduated from Allegheny College in 1952, joined the United States Air Force in 1955, and earned his medical degree from Temple University in 1956.
He retired as a Colonel from the United States Air Force in August, 1979, then he continued practicing medicine in Towson and Woodbine until his retirement. In addition to his many achievements during his career, he enjoyed traveling, reading, playing the piano, cooking and gathering with his family.
He is survived by his four children, Wendy McIndoe Austin and her husband Robert, Darrell Bruce McIndoe, Ronald Scott McIndoe and his wife Kathy, and Holly Beth Beaulac and her husband Chad, and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his oldest daughter, Sherri Lee Condon, and his wife, Carole Jean McIndoe, his brother, Melvin Douglas McIndoe, and his parents.
Services will be held at Donaldson Funeral Home in Laurel, MD on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 6 p.m.
