Lynne and Donald, I am so, so sorry for your loss. Dave was a remarkable man. He had the ability to bring people together from such diverse backgrounds and allow each to be him or herself in his open minded presence. His exuberance for life lives on in all that he came in contact with. The world surely lost a great man. I am deeply saddened by his loss. My condolences to all of his family and friends.

To Mr. & Mrs. Simpson and Dave's siblings & all his loved ones: I feel so sad and a void that could only be filled by Dave. I fully expected that he would walk through the door of Krista & Philippe's house at Xmas again and bring us some more of his special kind of joy. l'm so very sorry for your loss -- and ours.
