Deborah Mazyck 1956 - 2020
On Friday, May 1, 2020, Deborah Mazyck, 63, of Maryland transitioned to glory. Left with cherished memories are her loving husband of 41 years, Scotty; four children, Zzebria, Scotty (Cassandra), Marquis and Elgin; four grandchildren, Elgin, Victoria, Karcin, and James; mother, Mary; brother, Nathan; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A farewell viewing will be held at Howell Funeral Home, 10220 Guilford Rd., Jessup, MD 20794 on May 15, 2020, 9 to 11 a.m.

Aunt Debbie has the sweetest, kindest spirit of almost anyone I've ever met. Always soft spoken and just genuinely NICE. If she had a bad day, she never let it show. She was an angel of light and love. I admired her and now I will miss her glowing presence among the congregation of Anacostia.

Dear Mr. Mazyck and Family,
I worked with Debbie at NHTSA and in all my years there, Debbie was one of the kindest, gentlest people there. She always had the sweetest smile and brought a ray of sunshine whenever I saw her. I am shocked and saddened by her loss, and I will miss her. Please accept my deepest condolences.

It is with a heavy heart that I recieved the message that my dear friend had transitioned to her heavenly home. We did not talk a lot in later years as we got busy with family and so many other responsibilities. But Debbie and your family have always held a place in my heart. So from my mom Ms. Ruth and our family we pray your strength and encouragement during this time of sorrow. My God lift you and give you His peace that surpasses all understanding.
