DEBORAH RACHLIN Obituary
DEBORAH L. RACHLIN
Of Annandale, Virginia and formerly of Miami, Florida died June 25, 2015 in her home after a long battle with cancer.The daughter of Norman S. Rachlin and the late Reva Romanoff Rachlin, she is survived by her husband of 411 months, Barry Nussbaum; and her children, Suzanne, Benjamin, and Jonathan Nussbaum, as well as many loving family and friends.Services will be held at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron Street, Alexandria VA 22314 on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Debbie's memory to the American Cancer Society.

I am now learning of this as I went in search of Dr. Rachlin as she was my therapist in 2007. I wanted to thank you for the great work you did in helping me work thru my healing and to let you know, I did accomplish my goals and I have my masters in Human Services and I work in the health field helping others. Thank you for being you.

Dr. Rachlin was a compassionate, kind, and caring person. She would always make you see the good in a situation. We feel blessed and lucky to have known her. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Dear Barry and Family,
I am Renee Handel's friend, Maureen we have met before, long ago. I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy to all of you. I remember Debbie being such a kind, caring and lovely person and I always admired her strength. What a blessing that she was a part of your life (and everyone's life) for so many years. She will be deeply missed.
