rapelyea DELOISE CAROL RAPELYEA (Age 77) On Friday, October 26, 2007. Beloved mother of Ernest J. Turner, Sgt. Major; U.S. Army Ret; Charles Rapelyea, Dr. Melvin S. Rapelyea, Brian M. Rapelyea and Kevin M. Rapelyea. She is also survived by one sister Rubye P. Roberts, nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 3, 11 a.m. at Johnson & Jenkins Funeral Home, 716 Kennedy St NW. Interment Harmony Memorial Park.
