Diane Bennett, our queen for the Allison Chapter of Red Hatters...we will miss you so much. Queen Diane you are now an ancestral angel for all of us. I appreciate how you had the foresight to bring women together for the chapter. Women from your biological family, co-workers, neighbor and church. You were such a great leader.
Diane and I met in 1966 while working our first government job at Federal Communications Commission (FCC). We shopped, partied, traveled and prayed together over the years.
Now, you can enjoy your eternal home with your Heavenly Father. and earthly relatives (your sister Doris, your mom and others).
On the day that you were born in February 1948, you cried and the world rejoiced.
You lived your life in such a way that now, ,the world will cry and you will rejoice.
Rest In Peace until we meet again my sister/friend queen!

May God bless the family at this time. Diane was a sweetheart. We grew up together, attending elementary, junior high and high school together. We traveled to work together after graduation. Rest In Peace Diane!

I worked with Diane at the International Trade Commission. One of my colleagues who gave her condolences here, Cynthia Foreso, described Diane as "sassy." That's exactly the right word! She was so funny and I enjoyed our conversations so much that I would call her at home long after she retired. I have such good memories of her and I will miss her. My sincere condolences to the family.

Condolences to her family. May God's loving arms comfort you during this time. Diane and I attended the same elementary, junior high and high schools. As classmates we shared friends and fun...basketball games, after school clubs and community events. While our adult paths didn't cross as much, I remember her smile and gentle ways. Hornets forever.

My prayers and condolences to the Family. Diane was such a beautiful sweet young lady. I remember growing up with her, our Families lived right across the street from one another. She was my sister Shirley best friend since childhood. Family hold on to your faith and trust in God,keep her precious memories instilled in your heart and mind. Well done Diane, it's your time to rest. God did not make a mistake when He called His beautiful daughter to glory.
