Diann Betras Gottron

Diann B. Gottron of Potomac Maryland, entered into heaven on Monday, December 5, 2022. Diann was raised in Canfield Ohio by her parents, Peter B. and Helen Betras. She married Richard N. Gottron on June 25,1955 and they shared 67 years together. She moved to Maryland and taught 1st grade and preschool and later became a successful real estate agent. She loved her family and loved to be surrounded by family and friends. She lived a beautiful life and will be missed by all who were graced by her presence.

Diann is survived by her loving husband Richard Gottron; her children Douglas Gottron, Debra Moss (Victor Peter), Denise Sinay (Michael), and Daniel Gottron; her grandchildren Patrick Moss (Ashley), Ryan Moss (Cait), Michael Sinay, Samantha Sinay, Carly Sinay, Delaney Gottron, and Mikayla Gottron; and her great-grandchildren Eva Moss, and Brendin Wright. She is also survived by her sister Marlene Houlihan and her brother Peter T. Betras as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 917 Montrose Road, Rockville, MD 20852 on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, MD. Diann was a good friend of many people in Montgomery County. She was also one of the county's top realtors. She sold my home twice. A very honest and reliable person.
