Beloved husband of Carole Lee Simms; father of Donna Lee Snyder, Deborah Anne McNeive; grandfather of Laura, Karyn, Rachael, Colleen, Veronica and Carole-Marie; brother of Robert Lee Simms; uncle of Susan Anne and Alice Evelyn; father-in-law of Robert Eric Snyder and James Francis McNeive. Relatives and friends may call at COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, 500 University Blvd., West, Silver Spring, MD, Monday 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at Oakdale Emory United Methodist Church, Georgia Ave. and Emory Church Rd, Olney, MD, on Wednesday, September 14, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
