HOPE M. MILES-PIERCE "Jetta"
Peacefully on Sunday, April 26, 2015 of District Heights, MD. Loving wife of Clifton Pierce; mother of Lynardo, Leonard and Diamond Miles; daughter of Delores Cross and the late James Miles, Sr. Also survived by five sisters, three brothers, one grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10 a.m.; service, 11 a.m. at First Baptist of Highland Park, 6801 Sheriff Rd., Landover, MD 20785. Services by J.B. JENKINS FUNERAL HOME., INC.

To my nephew Lynardo, I know you are hurting,cherish the precious memory of your mom, she saw your accomplishments in life, You made her very proud, now she needs you more than you ever know, make her proud once more by holding on to the morals of life she has taught you, to believe & trust God, for he will never leave you or forsake you, ask him for help when you need it, be there for your brother & sister, carry the torch proudly, your mother is still watching over you from on high. I was shocked and saddened to hear that we lost our cousin Hope. My prayers go out to the rest of my cousins from Uncle Notie and Aunt Delores, and of course Hopes husband and children, as she has gone to be with the Lord. May God see each of you through this time of bereavement.
