Beloved husband of Anne Brand; devoted father of Carol Boazman, Douglas Brand and Gregory (Sally) Brand; caring brother of Peggy (John) Ward, Albert William Brand, Jr. and Mary Catherine (Frank) McLaughlin. Loving grandfather of nine, great-grandfather of three. Friends may call at HINES-RINALDI FUNERAL HOME,11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, September 16, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 17, 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace, 15661 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring, MD.
