Dear Mary Jean and family,
It is with much saddness that I send this message of condolence. Having known Ed for lo these many years, his absence in all the familiar places will be keenly felt.
His reserved manner could not hide the affection, pride, and love he felt for his family. He loved to share all their accomplishments and I feel privileged to be among those with whom he shared the joys of his life.
I also remember his active days at FBC and how generous he was with his time and talent -- a good, good man and friend.
You will slowly adjust to this loss that has turned your lives upside down, but the peace that passes all understanding will come. In the meantime, my prayer is that God continue to uphold and strengthen you by the right hand of His power.
Love,
Jean Bell
