My sympathy to the family of Ed Love.
Ed was a great fraternity brother and a great guy to travel with when we went to the conclave. He always kept us laughing and had a joke for everything. But when Ed was serious and had his mind set on something it would always get done. The brothers from the Washington Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity,Inc. will miss Ed and always keep him in our hearts.

Like so many St. Bernadette parents, we had the pleasure of having Ed Love coach our daughter. I think Ed coached Sarah in soccer, basketball and softball in one year. What a sweet and patient man! Kayla, thanks for sharing your Dad with us. We'll always remember his smiling face.

Ed Love was the most enthusiastic 1st grade soccer coach at the St Bernadette School. His spirit lives on through his lovely daughter Kayla. We will miss him and we will keep him in our prayers. It was a blessing to have known him. Life is precious-and in the blink of a moment it can be gone. Make the most of the here and now.We can always pray for what we think is right but we must trust that God has a divine plan for all of us.

My wife, Gwen, and I were out of town during this most tragic period,
but we wish belatedly to express our
sympathy to Ed's wife and family. He
was a fine young man and a good
Kappa. His loss is painful and he
will certainly be greatly missed.

To the founder of The Gentleman of Drew Social Club. A man to whom I am forever grateful for enriching the lives of hundreds of young men who attended Howard University. May God continue to bless his friends and family.

To the family of my departed Brother Ed Love. We will miss Ed as he takes his journey to the Chapter Invisible. We know he will be in the company of our ten founders and many of our good Brothers who have reached that Golden Shore.
Respectfully Yours,
