Ed was a brilliant attorney. More important, he was a great husband and father; a kind human being who was hurt by hearing of human unkindness. May he rest in peace and his memory eternal. Houeida Saad. 6/14/25

We were clients of Ed's and thought he was an incredibly bright and talented estate attorney. He was very thoughtful and imaginative in solving his clients' challenges and helped us immensely to think through our options for taking care of each other, our son, and grandchildren. We shared his love of NY and enjoyed his terrific sense of humor. He will be missed as the consummate professional he was by all his clients. We send our deepest sympathy to his family who he loved and spoke of to us every time we met.

Ed was a wonderful brother-in-law. We enjoyed spending time with him during family gatherings. His upbeat personality made every celebration special. Ed will be missed but our caring arms will continue to be around Ruth, David and Andrew.

Ed was a wonderful and caring human being. He was a great father, husband, son, brother and friend. In his law practice, he was both brilliant and compassionate. People like him, do not come along often. He will be so missed. Our heartfelt prayers go out to his entire family.
