Of Washington, DC on March 7, 2004, beloved wife of the late Thomas Scott Mangum, Sr.; devoted mother of Elizabeth Jane Torbert, Clifford B., Thomas S. Mangum, Patricia A. Phelps and the late Nancy D. Mangum. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME, 5801 Cleveland Ave., Riverdale, MD on Tuesday, March 9, from 5 to 8 p.m., where services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment Glenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Elizabeth B. Shoemaker Home, 2701 Military Rd., NW, Washington, DC 20015.
