I met this lady and her husband in the early 80's when I lived in New York. They were both extremely caring, very nice and gracious. Rest in Heaven beautiful lady.

Ms. Elva O'Brien was always graceful, extremely caring, and remarkably authentic. She must of been known as a unique woman in Washington as she was always honest, as was her husband Larry. They were a gift.
Best to her Family, God Bless You in this difficult time.
