Passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2013. Visitation on Thursday, November 14, 10 a.m., service 11 a.m. at Emmanuel Church of God in Christ, 2600 Minnesota Ave., SE, Washington, DC.Interment Heritage Memorial Cemetery.
