ERIC NEAL FINK (Age 49)
On October 12, 2011, Eric Neal Fink, of Annandale VA, died surrounded by his family, after a three year battle with melanoma cancer. Eric graduated from Virginia Tech, was employed by B3 Solutions, Washington, DC, and acted with the Metropolitan Performing Arts Theater. He is survived by his parents, Barry and Peggy Fink; his siblings, Kimberley (Elizabeth) Fink-Adams, Gabrielle Rosen, Robert (Patty) Fink, and Eleanor (David) Diaz; and nephews and nieces, Tug, Jasper, Ty, Ellie, Nina, Kathryn, and Abby.Eric was a giving and loyal friend to many and will be remembered for his wit, smile, bass guitar music, and recall of obscure facts.A memorial service will be held on November 19 at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 6509 Sydenstricker Road, Burke VA, followed by a reception in the parish hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Capital Caring Hospice, Fairfax VA, or the Melanoma Research Foundation, Washington, DC.

Dear Fink family,
This is Uta, your German exchange student from Germany. It has been years we have met, but you have always been in my heart. I am deeply touched to hear Eric has died so early, and also that Barry has passed. My thoughts are with you, even when I am late to tell.

Eric was my buddy in college. His humor and antics kept me going and got me through it. Very sad to hear about his passing. He had the right perspective on life.

God gave us memories so our loved ones never really go away. My memories are full of laughter and happiness. From his Spanish accent in The Odd Couple (Female Version) to being my neighbor and dancing bud in Flight of the Lawnchair Man....I am honored to call him friend.

Eric was such an amazing person with such a big heart and the biggest and most genuine smile I've ever seen. I'm so delighted to have had the opportunity to work with him and get to know him through his theater family. Keeping the entire Fink family in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mr & Mrs. Barry & Peggy Fink,
I was deeply saddened to learn of Eric's death and I would like to express to you my sincere sadness and sympathies to you and your family at this difficult time.
