I have only now learned of Mr. Germain's death. I played soccer with Betsy and Julie and will always be greatful to Annandale Boys Club girls soccer.
I send my deepest condolences, as I also lost my father this past Christmas.

Mr. Germain (and family)
I was one of the young kids who had the wonderful opportunity to play in the first of the Annandale soccer teams Mr. Germain formed in the early 1960's. I am sure that many, many kids benefited from these activities over the years and I am sure that many others are thankful of his drive, spirit, and leadership in these areas. Northern Virginia has lost a strong force of good in our community.

Mr. Germain,
You were always genuine, upbeat, and good spirited. I'll never forget the trust you put in me by giving me the opportunity to start the Cheerleading/Cheerdance program almost eight or nine years ago. Every season you would pop by cheerleading practice and you'd tell the young and bashful cheerleaders that they were the best cheerleaders in the world! It's hard for me to even think about your not stopping by practices any longer. However, I know you'll be there in spirit. I'll always remember your genuine, high and positive spirit! May you rest in peace.

Everett, the lives that you've touched and changed can hardly be counted. Rest in peace with the knowledge that so many of those fortunate enough to have known you will carry on your work. Your vision, energy and guidance will be missed, but never forgotten. God bless.
