I am just learning of her death now, many years later
I have all good memories of her and Michael Yuhas playing together at Mt Vernon High in the mid 1970s and on WGTB radio
Interestingly the recoding I made of her on WGTB was the last tape I got all the way through before my 8-track self-destructed and took my Eagles tape with it
The tape however is now lost.
Haven't seen it since I moved out here to Fauquier County in the 1990s

People always say..."Life goes on"...that maybe so...but...it will never be the same...

To a person I never got to meet but learned alot about through Carla. I hope some day to meet up with you in heaven and get to know you. I know you will be greatly missed by all your friends.

I've knew Mack and Faisia ever since I can remember. My earliest memories are of choir rehersals with Lois.
I could always count on Faisia for friendship and wonderful conversation.
I'll miss her dearly.

I remember the Garden Of Eden that we visited in Hagerstown with Carla many years ago. You said how beautiful the flowers were and you hoped heaven would be that beautiful. What a wonderful gesture. I will miss you and you are there now in the garden of eden in heaven with all the gorgeous flowers and friends. Sing your heart out Faisia, you were blessed. I love you. This was very sad news for me but we all know you are in a wonderful place now. I remember the church picnic that you and Carla came to and you sang for us **Amazing Grace*** It was just like a voice from heaven It was beautiful. Sorry I didn't get to spend more time with you and meet your family, because they had to be wonderful people to raise such a wonderful daughter. The angels will be glad to have you home. God be with you Faisia . You will be terrible missed. We love you.

A wonderful woman who was an inspiration to everyone. Always kind, always thoughtful, always there to help someone in their time of need. Now it is her time to be taken care of. Her wonderful voice will ring through the heavens like a trumpet and everyone will bow down. The angels in heaven will be glad she is home. God be with you Faisia and we love you and we will never forget you. You are where you are wanted and rest in peace.

This was my second adopted child. I will miss her terribly. She was a kind and loving person to everyone. She is with her Master now and we all know this is where she was meant to be, with her Father in Heaven.I will always remember the good times we had when you came to visit.
