A memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Franconia United Methodist Church, 6037 Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA. Vicki, John, Katherine, Michael.....your loss is felt by so many people who loved, and valued Frank's life & friendship... I first worked with Frank in '73 playing music with "family picnic"...he was always a joy to be with, both musically & personally...I am so saddened for all that you have endured...he is home now...Blessings to you all...thanks be to God........Caralynn & Dan Williams
