Of Kensington, MD passed away on Friday, July 11, 2025. A native Washingtonian, he was one of 11 born to Thomas Elliot and Elizabeth Garner Dimond. After graduating from Gonzaga High School and Georgetown University, he married his high school sweetheart, Margaret Mary Manogue. Together they lived a life devoted to family and church. He is survived by their four children, Timothy (Chrissy), Andrew, Margaret and Katherine; three grandsons Gregory (fiancée Linda Ramirez), Ian and Russell; and siblings Maureen Emerson (Richard) and Anthony Dimond (Patricia). Relatives and friends may call at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 9705 Summit Ave, Kensington, MD on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 10 to 11 a.m.; the Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.
