I am so sorry for the loss of both of your parents in such a short span of time. My boys, John and Christopher, are 45 and 40, and Dr. Murphy was the best thing that happen to a new inexperienced Mother. He was always safety cautions. He always wrote that on the notes he gave us to bring home. I still have them after all these years. It was a trip to go to Kings Park after he left Shirlington but it was worth the journey. I didn't even want the boys to move to a more "adult" doctor. I know he will be sorely missed in your family.

You were the best pediatrician to my children (who are now 33, 29 and 25!). You also were the best Dr. for new Moms. You made me feel like I was doing all the right things and taught me about being "safety cautious" at all times. You'll be sadly missed, Dr. Murphy.

God Bless you grandad. You and grandma were the most wonderful and most loving grandparents ever created. Thank you for all my memories especially Slade Run Drive. All of my love,
KJ
