I only knew Frank because of my long friendship with his son, Kevin, but met him several times walking the halls at The Virginian Rehabilitation Center where we were both patients. I found Frank to be very friendly and outgoing. I will miss him.

Frank and I became friends and political allies over 25 years ago. We worked together very well and I learned a great deal from him. He was a man of strong beliefs and great integrity. We also laughed together a lot. I am so grateful that we met, worked together for worthy causes and candidates and remained friends. Doug and I enjoyed celebrating his 90th birthday. Our sympathy goes to Kevin, Liz and Scott and all.
