Beloved husband of Nicolle Baxter; son of Maxine and the late James Baxter; father of Demetrius and Darius Baxter; stepfather of D'Andre, Tavon Jackson and Jayda Lewis; brother of James W. III, Darryl M. and the late Marcia R. Baxter; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Monday, September 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m. at Mount Sinai Baptist Church, 1615 Third St., NW, Washington, DC. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Funeral entrusted to FORT LINCOLN FUNERAL HOME.
