Of Upper Marlboro, MD, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 22, 2025. He is survived by his life partner, Signe Fenwick; four children, Germaine Blake, Jerome Logan (bonus son), Crystal Lawrence and Veronica Blake; four bonus children, Kimberly, Lawrence "LaVaughn" and Duane Price; numerous grand and great-grandchildren; four siblings, Doris Ann, Ethel, Jesse (Sharon) and Robert Mitchell; other relatives and many friends.

Family will receive friends on Friday, September 5 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at Greater Saint John Cathedral 11425 Old Marlboro Pike, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Interment private. Arrangements by:
