Of Poolesville, MD on Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. Husband of Louise Meurer; son of Sylvia White; stepson of Willard White of Baltimore, MD; father of Hannah L. Hite of Georgia and Sarah L. Meurer of Poolesville, MD; brother of Barbara Meurer of Texas and Kathryn Hughes of Virginia. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 19, 2003 at the HILTON FUNERAL HOME, 22111 Bealesville Rd., (Rt. 109), Barnesville, MD (hiltonfh.com). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Baltimore Museum of Art, 10 Art Museum Dr., Baltimore, MD 21218.
