GERALD JAMES BOWIE
On Wednesday, October 23, 2013 of Upper Marlboro, MD, peacefully at his home. He leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Barbara Bowie; brother, John Bowie III; sister, Lolita Bowie Ruff; and children, Erika, ShaKira, and Gerald Jr., Viewing will be held on Friday, November 1 from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Riverdale Baptist, 1177 Largo Road, Upper Marlboro, MD. Interment will take place at Harmony Memorial Park. Professional Services Entrusted to J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home, Inc.

To: The Family I was so sorry, to hear that Jerry had past. May you find comfort in your time of sorrow.
I have not seen or heard from Jerry, since JR High School, Dwight D Eisenhower and they use to live in Applewalk wow! And he was so in love with Lafondra Campbell and Gaye Snowden his Jr high school sweethearts those were my memories of him he was always smiling and joking. He will continue to smile upon us in his new home heaven keep his memories alive.
