On Wednesday, December 24, 2003. Beloved husband of Patricia D. Meyer; father of Theodore E. (Susan) Meyer, Amy A. (Jerry) Phifer, Rebecca J. Meyer and the late Steven L. Meyer; brother of Melvin Meyer; grandfather of Theodore, Joseph, Timothy Meyer and Danielle Phifer. Memorial Service will be held at BORGWARDT FUNERAL HOME, 4400 Powder Mill Rd., Beltsville, MD, Sunday, January 4, 2004 at 5 p.m. Inurnment Arlington National Cemetery Columbarium Thursday, January 8 at 2 p.m. (meet at Admin. Bldg at 1:30 p.m.). Memorial contributions may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church and Concordia Lutheran School, 3799 East-West Hwy., Hyattsville, MD 20782; or the Casey House, Montgomery Hospice at Home, 1450 Research Blvd., Suite 310, Rockville, MD 20850.
