Gleanie Franklin Cooper
Gleanie Franklin Cooper, 78, formerly of Hamilton, VA, died Monday, November 15, 2021. Born in Leesburg, VA, on February 27, 1943, he was a son of the late Lauvenia Carter and Thomas J. Cooper, Sr. He retired from the city of Falls Church, VA. He is survived by three children, Daniel J. Cooper, Gleanie F. Cooper, II (Chrissy), and Glenda JoAnn Cooper (G.T. Herbert); a sister, Anna Alfred; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and his significant other, Sharyn Lynn Cooper. He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas J. Cooper, Jr. and two sisters, Rosella Goode and Dorothy Alfred. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., November 18, 2021, at Lovettsville Union Cemetery.Robinson Funeral Home, Appomattox, is serving the family. www.robinsonfuneral.com
