Of Adelphi, MD, died suddenly December 12, 2004. Husband of the late Inge Duquette, Evan is survived by his son, Charles Medard of Washington, D.C., his daughter Dr. Anne Marie Wallace and her husband Mark of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Zachary and Dominic Charles of San Diego; his brother, William D., of Ocean City, MD, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Inge (1926-1988); his sister, Helen D.; his sister-in-law, Norma, and an infant brother, Edward. Military funeral services will be held on Monday, January 24, 2005 at 3 p.m. at Arlington National Cemetery, with attendees requested to arrive by 2:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Nature Conservancy, the Golden Retriever Rescue Society or the Metropolitan Police Boys & Girls Clubs.
