Hampton Pearson Obituary
On Friday, August 19, 2005 of Burke, VA. Loving husband of 57 years to Lithia Pearson; devoted father to Hampton R. Pearson, Jr., Devita Brown, Faye Sacco, and Tracey Guard; brother of Ada Christian and Bernita Roberts; also surviving are seven grandchildren. Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME OF ARLINGTON, 4510 Wilson Blvd, on Sunday, October 30, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, October 31 at Fort Myer Post Chapel. Interment Arlington National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to Capital Hospice of Northern Virginia, 9300 Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22031.

Dear Lithia and Family,
I was saddened to hear about Hamp's death. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. Pat and I have many fond memories of times spent with you and your family when we were stationed together, and he asked me to convey his condolence as well. He and our son, Kevin, plan to attend the services at Arlington in October.
