Interment will be 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20 at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery in Maryland. Harijs's family invites friends to attend a Celebration of Life at the American Legion Post 227 following the service.
In lieu of flowers, consider donating to the American Legion, 13505 Cherry Tree Crossing Road, Brandywine, MD 20613.
