GELBOIN Dr. HARRY V. GELBOIN On Tuesday, April 13, 2010 Dr. HARRY V. GELBOIN of Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved husband of Marlena Gelboin; devoted father of Michele Gelboin, Lisa Gelboin (Karl Druckman), Sharon Gelboin-Katz (Moshe Katz), and Tamara Gelboin (David Milewich); beloved brother of Helen Friedman (Allen). Cherished grandfather of Chelsea, David, Emma, Natanel, Binyamin, Racheli, Naomi, Talia and Dalit. Beloved uncle of nieces and nephews; beloved godfather of Ari Johnson. He served as Lab Chief of the Laboratory of Molecular Carcinogenesis at the National Cancer Institute for 35 years. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 15 at 1 p.m. at Ohr Kodesh Congregation, 8300 Meadowbrook Lane, Chevy Chase, MD. Interment Mount Lebanon Cemetery. The family will be observing Shiva at his late residence. Call Ohr Kodesh for details, 301589-3880. Contributions may be made to Ohr Kodesh Chesed Fund, or Project Muso.
