To the Kelly Family, you have my deepest condolences.
I knew Mr. Kelly and his brother William from Millwood, Virginia. They grew up with my mother, Agnes P. Burns.
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I first came to know the Mr. Kelly through my friend Michael, his son, who I had grown up with since elementary school and got to know the entire family ever since.
Mr. Kelly was an excellent role model for me and the other young men that grew up in our neighborhood in Washington, D.C. He provided us with immeasurable advice and guidance about life that I remember to this day. I send my condolences and prayers to the entire Kelly family.
