Harvey was a special person in our lives at one time and was almost our son-in-law. He will be sorely missed but I know there is fishing in heaven and he will be catching the big one. Chuck and Peggy Hall

Dear Barbara, The obituary for my younger and only brother, Thomas Law, appears in this same edition of The Washington Post as Harvey's. We lived upstairs from you and Louie on Ames Drive in Northwest Park when Deanna and my Maureen were babies. This is such a sad coincidence for both our families. Peace be with you and your family.
