On July 3, 2004 at Holy Cross Hospital. Beloved husband of Bernice D. Dowling; loving father of Joyce-Ann Hill (Everett) and Rene P. Morton (William); grandfather of Linda Peters, Ronald Peters Jr., Setsuo, Roderic, Hugh and Deidre Hill. Also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary D. Fields and Ora D. Gardner; other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at Grace Episcopal Church, 1602 Grace Church Rd., Silver Spring, MD, at 11:30 a.m. Arrangements by McGUIRE.
