Passed away on September 21, 2019. Family will welcome friends Saturday, September 28 at Third Baptist Church, 1546 5th St., NW, Washington, DC 20011, Visitation 10 a.m., Service 11 a.m. Interment Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, Tuesday, October 1 at 1:45 p.m.
