On Thursday, January 9, 2003, of Fort Washington, MD. Wife of the late Leroy Woods and former wife of the late Daniel Williams; mother of June Brown, Jeryle Dorsey, Jocelyn Richardson, Daniel J., Jerome M., John B. and Rev. Jacques Williams and the late Jeffrey R. Williams and (baby) Joyce Diane Williams. Also surviving are a stepdaughter, Queen Nevils; sister, Helen B. Minor; two brothers, William and Bernard Thomas; a devoted sister-in-law, Ella Hoaney; 26 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing Friday, January 17 from 6 to 9 p.m., prayers 7 p.m., at THORNTON'S FUNERAL HOME, Rt. 227, Pomonkey, MD and on Saturday, January 18 from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. at Smith Chapel United Methodist Church, Pisgah, MD. Interment church cemetery.
