On Monday, May 11, 2015, ISABEL BOBROW of Rockville, MD, formerly of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Bobrow. Devoted mother of the late Rachel (surviving husband, Wayne) Wagner. Loving grandmother of Henry Joseph Wagner. Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, 12 noon, at King David Memorial Garden, Falls Church, VA. Memorial contributions may be made to Young Israel of White Oak Torah Fund or to Bikur Cholim. Arrangements entrusted to TORCHINSKY HEBREW FUNERAL HOME, 202-541-1001 (endorsed by The Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington).
