J. GERALD LAND "Gerry" COL USA (Ret.) (Age 77)
On Wednesday, May 4, 2016, of Springfield, VA.Gerry is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Beth Land; daughters, Tracey Land Puckett (David), Kelley Land (Jerome), and Kasey Land Lane (Travis); siblings, William Land, Ruby Jean Offutt, and Elaine Pennartz; and grandchildren, Heather, Joshua, Jessica, Daniel and Sean Puckett, Michaela and Julian Alfred, and Steven, Kevin and Justin Lane. Memorial service will be held at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Dr. Alexandria, VA on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 1 p.m. Memorial service with inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made, in his name, to a charity of one''s choice.
