JAMES WILLIAM DiCARLO "Jimmy"
James Willard "Jimmy" DiCarlo, 70, of North Beach, MD on November 18, 2019. He is survived by sister Joni DiCarlo; brother Stephen DiCarlo; children Danielle Cagle (Cliff), Devon DiCarlo, Joseph DiCarlo (Candy) and Justina DiCarlo, and four grandchildren. Memorial visitation will be Saturday, December 7 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Rausch Funeral Home, P.A., Owings, MD. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to American Heart Association or Burn Foundation.www.rauschfuneralhomes.com
