I am also family and friend of James Maybin, Sr and would like to express my deepest sympathy for our children -- Dawn and James. Jimi was the best dad ever and I'm happy to have selected him as my children's father. He has charished them from birth and his big heart will always watch over them and the wonderful memories will keep them warm. Please continue to pray for them as they will need confronting for a long time. When you look up and see the stars blink, it's Jimi watching over his children!

To the Dawn & James:

Please accept my deepest sympathy in the lost of your father. We were classmates and friends while attending high school. I had the pleasure of knowing the kind person that he was along with your Uncles Tom & Alan and your Aunt Mary. He will truly be missed but remember God won’t put on you more than you can handle. And remember he's in a better place and we will all meet again.

“For none of us liveth to himself and no man dieth to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. Romans 14:8

You will continue to be in my prayers.

To the Maybin Family:

You have my deepest sympathy in the lost of your father, son, brother and friend. I had the pleasure of knowing Jimmy while attending Coolidge and he was a great guy. He will truly be missed.

But do not be sad because he is with "GOD" now watching over all of us with that big smile of his.

Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. Psalms 73: 24.

With sincere prayers and comfort.

My profoundest condolences to the family of James Maybin, Sr. at the heavenly transition of their beloved, son, brother, and father. It is my sincere prayer that your family collectively find the strength needed to see you through this time of sorrow.

Let not your heart be troubled. Ye believe in God; believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto Myself, that where I am, there ye may be also. - John 14:2
