To Dr. Jacqueline McMorris and family, I am sadden to hear of the lost of your husband, father, family member and my pastor. He will always be my pastor, for he baptize me and brought me to Christ. I always felt special when I came to Fredericksburg and he would acknowledge me and the Catlett family. He traveled for many years to teach the Word to those he was charged with shepherding. He has earned his wings and is now traveling with his Saviour and God. Hallelujah and Amen!

The McMorris family is in our thoughts and prayers now and in the days ahead. We remember Rev. McMorris, with fondness, from his years at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, VA.
