Beloved husand of the late Teresa "Terry" Lynn Owens; devoted father of Julian "J.J." Wilcoxon (Jennifer), Shannon Green (Daniel), and Ryan Harris (Alan); cherished grandfather of Octavia, Geneva, Maya, Owen, Clara, Sally, and Fox.
Family will receive friends at PUMPHREY'S COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Montgomery Ave, Rockville, MD on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 4 to 7 p.m.
A Funeral Service will take place the following day in the Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD at 11:30 a.m. followed by private entombment beside his beloved wife, Terry.
