Jane Richards Obituary

Jane Patch (Williams) Richards was born June 8, 1947, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
Died in her sleep August 11, 2025, in Spokane Valley Washington. She was 78 years old.
Jane was proceeded in death by parents Campbell Edgar Patch and Bernice Patch, and niece Jillian Patch. Long time friends Jim Donde, and Dave Mason. Her husband of 11 yrs Robert "Baker" Richards.
Jane is survived by her brothers Dennis Patch (Rema) Philippines, John Patch (Cathy) Rapid City Sout, Dakota; two nephews, three nieces, several great nieces and nephews.
Jane lived in Springfield and Falls Church, Virginia for most of her adult life.
After her husband passed away in 2021, Jane moved to Liberty Lake, Washington to be closer to her nephew David Patch.
Services will be held in Washington state at Real life Otis church, 10 a.m. on August 30, 2025
Services will also be held on a later date with her Virginia community followed by her burial at Arlington National Cemetery where she will be with her husband.
IN LIEU OF FLOWERS we ask that you consider sending a donation to the BREW beagle rescue at brewbeagles.org which Jane was very passionate about.
